Here’s how it works in a nutshell:

- After we’ve collected and paid for your car, present your flyer, voucher, or RIAT 2025 ticket—in person or by emailing a clear photo to admin@webuysupercars.com.
- Claim your £80 refund (entirely from our marketing budget—it won’t reduce your car’s valuation).
- Get paid within 24 hours of verification and collection.
No need to mention the voucher until after we’ve collected and paid for your car—just present it within 24 hours and it will be honoured!

Terms & Conditions of Flyer, Voucher & Ticket-Holder Offers
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 “Company” means WebuySupercars Ltd. (company no. 12345678) and it’s trading brand evbuyer.online.
1.2 “Offer” means the £80 refund promotion described in these T&Cs, available to anyone who (i) sells their vehicle to the Company by 1 August 2026, and (ii) presents a qualifying flyer, voucher or valid RIAT 2025 entry ticket.
1.3 “Participant” means a private individual (aged 18 +) resident in the UK who completes a qualifying sale and presents an eligible flyer, voucher or ticket.
1.4 “Voucher” means any physical or digital copy of the Company’s promotional flyer.
1.5 Headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect interpretation.
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Excludes business, trade, fleet, charity or dealer sales.
- One redemption per vehicle sale.
- Under-18s may participate only if a parent or legal guardian submits the claim on their behalf.
3. Offer Details
- Sale deadline: Complete your vehicle sale by 1 August 2026.
- What you need: A genuine flyer, voucher or a valid RIAT 2025 entry ticket.
- When to present: After we’ve collected and paid for your vehicle—either in person or by emailing a clear photo of it to admin@webuysupercars.com.
4. Claim a Voucher if You Don’t Have One
If you found us via social media but don’t have a flyer or voucher, email a copy of your RIAT 2025 entry ticket to admin@webuysupercars.com. We’ll send you a valid voucher code so you can enjoy the same £80 refund offer.
5. Claim Procedure
- Claim within 30 days of your sale completion.
- After collection and payment, email the following to admin@webuysupercars.com:
- Your full name & address
- Invoice or sale reference number
- Photo or scan of the flyer, voucher or RIAT 2025 ticket
- We verify your claim and refund £80 by bank transfer within 24 hours of verification.
Best of all, you don’t need to mention the voucher until after we’ve collected and paid for your car—just present it within 24 hours afterward, and it will be honoured.
6. Marketing Budget Disclaimer
The £80 refund is funded exclusively from our marketing budget—it does not affect the valuation or sale price of your vehicle.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
We process any personal data you provide in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to administer this Offer. See our Privacy Policy:

8. Liability
- We accept no liability for lost, late or incomplete claims.
- Nothing in these T&Cs limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to the above, our total liability under these T&Cs shall not exceed £80 per claim.
9. Fraudulent or Invalid Vouchers/Tickets
We reserve the right to refuse any flyer, voucher or ticket that appears counterfeit, altered or otherwise non-compliant with these T&Cs.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Severability
If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
12. Variation
We may amend these T&Cs at any time. The version published on our website at the time you claim shall apply.
13. Third-Party Rights
No one other than a party to these T&Cs has the right to enforce any of its terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these T&Cs is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
