I had a terrible experience with Motorway when selling my Range Rover Sport SVR. I got an excellent offer but the dealer that won the bid (Roadstar in Coventry) did not take my calls and did not arrange to pick up the car. This lasted a month. I officially complained to Motorway and got fobbed off with corporate platitudes and a promise that they would reprimand the dealer.
