I wanted to sell my car, tried the normal adverts and due to the rarity of the car it proved impossible.
Looked at motorway etc and decided to try Webuysupercars purely because of the positive reviews.
Phil was realistic about pricing and the car was sold in a day. Phil explained prices and expectations to me and we came to a deal that suited me.
Funds in my bank at time of collection and car was sold on Thursday and collected Monday.
If you are honest with condition then the price agreed is paid, other companies are sure to offer a price then chip you down at collection. Phil was great and I was happy with the whole process.

Phil , Jasmine and Alex have been amazing. My partner sold a car to them in January 2024 and so I approached them to buy my Mini Clubman JCW. The offer was much better than the Mini main dealer. I sent photos and was totally open about the bits that might need attention. The handover was perfect Jasmine collected the car and Phil made sure funds were sorted. There was one repair which was needed and that was a new windscreen as there was a chip that had been repaired but the buyer required a brand new screen . It was challenging with the windscreen company ( not mentioning names here) letting us down several items and making it difficult but we worked together and it all came out in the end. This is a different kind of review and is specifically for Phil Corker. In short, the man is a gent and scholar! I applied to WBS to get a price for my W205 C63s Edition 1 that I needed to sell – at least, what I thought was an Edition 1 – and Phil promptly got back to me to advise that my car was in fact an Edition 1 'lookalike', and worse still, was actually a Cat D salvage in its early life!
At the time of repair, it had obviously then been turned into an Edition 1.
You can imagine my utter shock, bemusement and anger at receiving this bombshell. Phil forwarded me all of the online checks, including photos of the car at the time of salvage (you could clearly see it had no Edition 1 exterior or interior features at that point).
For some reason, the Cat D alert did not (and still doesn't) come up on a regular HPI check, but does flash up on other checking systems.
Phil was very understanding and calmly offered me advice as to how best approach the situation and how it was more than likely the dealer who sold me the car were probably guilty of not performing enough due diligence (ie. going off of the HPI check and not digging any deeper), rather than knowingly selling me a Cat classified car.
I duly informed the dealer who sold me the car in 2021 and they've agreed to take it back (we're still negotiating a final refund price…). They have admitted full liability.
Moreover, as of today Phil has also agreed to run a check on the new car I want to purchase once I hand back the C63s as a goodwill gesture.
So even though I haven't had any financial dealings with WBS, I have been mega impressed with Phil and how he's handled the whole affair! 🙂

It was like dealing with good / bad / ugly – some over promising, some manana, some very unprofessional. I found this provider to be honest, thorough and straightforward. I had a terrible experience with Motorway when selling my Range Rover Sport SVR. I got an excellent offer but the dealer that won the bid (Roadstar in Coventry) did not take my calls and did not arrange to pick up the car. This lasted a month. I officially complained to Motorway and got fobbed off with corporate platitudes and a promise that they would reprimand the dealer. I vowed not to use them ever again, subsequently did some extra research and came across WeBuySupercars and spoke with Phil Corker. It was such a pleasure to speak to a car enthusiast (as opposed to the agents from Motorway) and to have quick, efficient responses (as opposed to the minimum half hour wait to Motorway’s Call Centre). I sent all my SVR info/details to Phil and he made me an offer which I duly accepted. The process was painless, simple, friendly and efficient. He came himself to pick up the car and transferred the funds that we agreed to my bank account, whilst having a coffee and a chat with me at my home. The whole process has been straightforward. They communicated well throughout, and when they came to collect the process was smooth. They did knock down the price as the rear tyres were a bit low, but that was fair. I hadn't realised they were low, but with the device the guy came with to pick up I agreed they were. You are always wary of selling your car especially when the buyer agrees to settle the outstanding finance. I found webuysupercars by accident which made dealing with them more nerve wracking. The service was however exceptional, I sent in some photos of my car and 24hrs or so later I received a realistic offer (5k more than the Px). I was told it was a no haggle price, if there was tread on the tyres and no more than £150 of cosmetic work requiring done then they would honour the deal. Phil came out looked at the car for about 10mins and paid then and there. Before driving off he waited whilst I checked my bank account to make sure the funds had been received and even waited whilst I was in the queue to the finance company to check that they had received the funds and that was with a 10minute time on hold. Only when I was satisfied that the money had been transferred did he leave with the car. He notified DVLA for me cancelling my outstanding tax. I could not have hoped for a smoother transaction without hassle. Be honest about your cars condition and they will be fair with you. I have no hesitation recommending webuysupercars to anyone. A very polite and professional service, they asked lots of questions about my car and it did take about a day to come back with a valuation. But it was worth it in the end as I got a few thousand more than I’d been offered elsewhere. They also picked the car up from me during my break at work which was great.
